We are looking for an enthusiastic Foreman for our great team. Do you have at least 1 year of required and proven work experience and knowledge of automation (SAP, ERP, WMS, MS Office)? Are you also a proactive team player with a good portion of positivity and the ability to include others in your goal-oriented approach and drive? Are you fluent in Polish and English? Purpose of the role

Assisting the supervisor in safeguarding and continuously optimizing the logistics processes in the warehouse in order to achieve the business objectives.

What you will do:

• Responsible for a specific warehouse process and actively participates in this.
• Ensures a correct classification / redistribution of the available personnel.
• First point of contact for the operators for all operational matters.
• Guides and develops, motivates and stimulates employees.
• Ensures compliance with procedures and guidelines.

• You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment with plenty of opportunities to contribute ideas for improvements and to show initiative.
• Our team works in shifts (7:00-22:00) to ensure smooth operations throughout the day. Each shift consists of 15–20 team members, so you will always be surrounded by colleagues you can rely on.
• You will be part of a motivated and supportive team where we value open communication, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• As a Foreman, you will work closely with both the supervisor and the operators, acting as the link between management and the shop floor.
